1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store of Eichenlaub Woodworking – M. Sunyog.

2. Products and Contract Formation

The products and prices displayed in the online store constitute an offer. A purchase contract is concluded upon completion of the ordering process.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT where required by law.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped exclusively within Switzerland. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product and are displayed transparently during the checkout process.

5. Returns and Refunds

As all products are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces, returns are only accepted in the case of defects or damage.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photographic documentation of the issue.

6. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Martin Sunyog until full payment has been received.

7. Limitation of Liability

No liability is accepted for damage resulting from improper use, handling, or maintenance of the products.
