Bosch 18V Battery Holder (Digital Product, STL)

Keep your Bosch 18V batteries organised, easily accessible and securely stored with this practical wall-mounted battery holder.

The holder is available in two sizes:

• 2-battery version: 175.4 mm wide
• 3-battery version: 255.4 mm wide

Both versions are approximately 83 mm high.

Please check the usable build area of your printer before purchasing. The print bed must be able to accommodate the full width of the selected model. In particular, the 3-battery version requires a printable width of at least 255.4 mm.

Each size is provided in two mounting configurations:

• Screw-mounted version: Designed for installation on a wall, cabinet or workshop panel using standard screws.
• IKEA SKÅDIS version: Designed to attach to an IKEA SKÅDIS pegboard using compatible mounting hooks. The required hooks are not included in the STL files and can be downloaded separately using the link provided in the included installation guide.

The batteries slide into the individual slots for compact and convenient workshop storage. The design is suitable for installation beside a charging station, inside a tool cabinet or directly on a workshop wall.

The model must be printed at its original scale. Please ensure that your printer has sufficient usable build area for the selected version before purchasing.

Recommended Print Settings

The following settings provide a good starting point and may need to be adjusted depending on your printer, filament and slicer:

• Infill: 30% or higher
• Infill pattern: Gyroid, grid or cubic
• Supports: Not required
• Print orientation: Print the holder flat on its largest front surface

Installation

For the screw-mounted version, use standard screws suitable for your mounting surface. Make sure the holder is securely installed before inserting the batteries.

For the IKEA SKÅDIS version, use the compatible mounting hooks linked in the included installation guide. The hooks are separate files and are not included in this download.
