Turn a standard Festool Domino mortise into the foundation for smooth sliding mechanisms.
This digital download contains a two-piece, 3D-printable insert designed to fit precisely into a Domino D10 mortise. Once printed, the two halves simply clip together around a 20 mm ball bearing, creating a compact roller that can be integrated directly into furniture projects.
Whether you’re building sliding tambour doors, cabinet doors, drawers or custom workshop jigs, this insert gives you a clean and repeatable way to incorporate hidden rollers without complicated hardware or machining.
